I’ve lost my EZin invitation. How can I retrieve it?
If you have accidentally deleted the email, try searching the Deleted Items folder of your email app. If you are certain the email never appeared in your Inbox, please search the Spam Items folder of your email app. If neither of these options resolve the issue, please reach out to meafordpb@gmail.com.
If I sign up for a session but do not attend, will I still be charged?

What are the different levels of play?
The Club currently has 4 levels of play:
- Recreational which is available to all members where the goal is to have fun, make friends, develop fundamental skills and enjoy the game.
- High Intermediate for members stepping onto the court ready to sharpen their game and take on anyone brave enough to challenge them.
- Advanced for those members with strategically placed serves, fancy footwork and meaning business – they are on the court to win.
- Advanced Plus for members with purpose and precision, they crave serious challenge and tough opponents.
Does the Club allow Walk-Ons?
No, at this time the Club does not allow Walk-Ons due to liability concerns.
I want to bring a guest to a game. What is the process?
Members are allowed to bring guests to individual sessions. In order to do so, email the request to info@meafordpb.ca. You will be informed if the request is accepted. This is dependent on the availability of sufficient space in the requested session, the expected level of play, and the skill level of the guest. The cost for each guest is $10, payable via etransfer to the Club. Do not transfer the $10 until your request has been accepted.
I’ve never played the game. If I join the club, will I be taught how to play?
Yes, all new members are required to attend a Learn to Play or Assessment session when they initially join. In addition to this, the Club offers occasional skill sessions to work on specific aspects of the game.
