Level Liaison’s
When you ask, “Who do I talk to about this?” The answer is your Level Liaison!
A Level Liaison is a supercharged role that’s all about making sure fellow picklers are having a blast on the courts. They are a bridge between players, club operations and the Board.
Your Level Liaison will:
- Listen up for great ideas, requests, or proposed solutions for less than fun experiences
- Advocate for the club by being a go-to source for information, helping players navigate club policies, events, updates, and processes – i.e., Leveling Up Evaluations!
- Stay in the loop and help others do the same. Liaisons are friendly info hubs—ready to share what’s new, what’s happening, and where to find it.

Cindy Slee – Open and Intermediate Liaison
Cindy has been playing Pickleball since 2019 in the Meaford Club, and it has been a wonderful experience for her – both socially and in developing new skills. Cindy enjoys playing at the various locations around town, especially at the pavilion during the summer months. Cindy has seen the club grow significantly over the years, while remaining to be a lot of fun. With players of many different skill levels, Cindy enjoys the continuous opportunities to improve, connect, and take part in the many social events the club offers.

Karen Wilson – High Intermediate Liaison
After recently stepping down from the executive board, my passion for Pickleball and commitment to our club remain as strong as ever. Pickleball has been more than just a sport for Karen – it’s a community, a source of energy, and a place where lasting friendships are built.
While no longer serving in a leadership role, Karen is excited to stay actively involved by volunteering her time and supporting the continued growth of the club as the Liaison for the Hi Intermediate level. Whether it’s helping organize events, welcoming new members, or simply being on the court, Karen looks forward to contributing in meaningful ways and staying connected to the game and the people who make it so special.

Tammy Speers – Advanced and Advanced Plus Liaison
Tammy moved to Meaford from Orangeville with her husband and 2 sons in 2013. Her husband is newly retired so she now plays even more Pickleball! Tammy has been playing Pickleball for four years and enjoys the challenge of competitive games, the excitement of long rallies, and the satisfaction of continually trying to improve her skills, all while having lots of laughs both on and off the court.
