Agreement to Waiver (Assumption of Risks + Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Indemnity Agreement)

I have read carefully and by agreeing to this document I will waive or give up certain legal rights including the right to sue or claim compensation following an accident, and I freely accept and fully assume all such risks dangers and hazards.
In consideration of the Releasees either accepting my application for membership in the Meaford Pickleball Club or underaged persons under my care being admitted into programs or events sponsored by MPC and permitting my use of the facilities and premises, I agree: (1) to waive any and all claims and release the releasees from any and all liability for any loss damage expense or injury including death due to any cause whatsoever including negligence breach of contract or breach of any statutory or other duty of care; (2) to hold harmless and indemnify the releasees for any damage to property of or personal injury to any third party resulting from my use of or presence on the premises; (3) this Release Agreement is binding upon my heirs next of kin executors administrators assigns and representatives; (4) governed solely by the laws of the Province of Ontario; (5) any litigation brought solely within the Province of Ontario within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province Ontario; and I am not relying on any oral or written representations other than what is set forth in this Agreement.

I also agree to let MPC take and use photos/videos for promotional uses.
